About :

On October 26th, the steam locomotive 38 2267 from the Bochum Railway Museum was on a big tour through East Westphalia. The organizers of the popular tours are the Bielefeld Railway Friends. In this video we accompany the P8 on its entire journey. We take a look behind the scenes as it heats up in the Railway Museum, listen to expert explanations, experience the locomotive on the transfer to Bielefeld, the restoration work after the end of the trip such as slagging and pulling the fire extinguisher and follow the locomotive on the big loop in beautiful autumn weather. I would like to thank all my colleagues from the Bochum Railway Museum, the Bielefeld Railway Friends and the Lengerich Railway Tradition for the great cooperation!
