In this format, we conjure up a delicious dish from 5 simple ingredients. Tip: Feel free to add green pepper, onion/shallot and ginger. Since I'm only allowed to use 5 ingredients, I have to pass ;-) Ingredients Approx. 250g rice (preferably from the day before) 3+ eggs 3 cloves of garlic 1 stick of spring onions 1 chili Soy sauce Sesame oil (brown) Sesame oil (white) for cooking / alternatively e.g. rapeseed oil, sunflower oil Pepper 1. Cut the vegetables / stir the eggs 2. Heat the wok or pan to high temperature / add white cold-pressed sesame oil / fry the eggs separately or with garlic/onions (or the white part of the spring onions) 3. Add the chili and eggs / fry briefly together and then add the rice 4. Pour the soy sauce over the edge of the wok / pan 5. Add the green part of the spring onions and a good sip of the brown sesame oil 6.
