Heritage and authenticity! The city of Svobodny is located in the Amur Region. It was founded in 1912 as Alekseyevsk (in honor of Tsarevich Alexei). The pages flash by - the first garden city in the Far East, the construction of the Trans-Siberian Railway and BAM, Leonid Gaidai, magnificent nature, the longest children's railway in the country. And Svobodny is one of the "clearest" cities in Russia - as many as 300 sunny days a year! Major projects of the Amur Gas Processing Plant and the Amur Gas Chemical Complex are currently being implemented here.
