Repair of oil leak in the clutch chamber of the Ursus C-360 tractor gearbox. The cause of the leak was damage to the housing of the clutch shaft bearing of the second-stage clutch relay. I didn't say this in the film, but the M8 screws securing this housing should be of increased strength 8.8 - number 1 is the tensile strength [MPa], number 2 is the ratio of the yield strength Re [MPa] to the minimum tensile strength Rm [MPa]. According to the catalog, there are round-head screws for Allen keys. There is a thread in the block, but I used longer screws additionally secured with wide spring washers with self-locking nuts. Standard M8 screws have a strength class of 5.8 and are too weak. The screw class is stamped on the screw head. The shaft runout caused a leak on the shaft seal. The bearing housing damage probably occurred due to the blocking of the self-loading trailer in which the overload clutch was welded.
