Vinnytsia Second Military Town appeared more than 80 years ago. It was the location and residence of the Soviet military. And after the beginning of the Second World War, a camp for Soviet prisoners of war was created here. See our new video for more details about the camp and attempts to escape from it, about the prisoners who were released, as well as about the executions and commemoration of the dead. We express our sincere thanks to Mr. Leonid Leskov for the story and consultations during the creation of the video.
