Living space is more scarce than ever, especially in the south of Germany, and building your own home can quickly become expensive. Johannes Müller from Leutenbach still wanted to take the step to owning his own home and built a minimal house for himself and his family in the suburbs of Stuttgart. The costs were particularly minimal: for around 250,000 euros he built a single-family home that was above all practical. In addition to exposed concrete, the minimal house consists of inexpensive sheet metal elements. From the toilet installation to the electrics and the floors - the trained toolmaker did a lot of things in his house himself with the help of his father. However, Johannes did not expect that such an individual house would be created. #Housebuilding #Minimalhouse #Living Become a fan on Facebook: / landesschau.bw Official homepage: http://www.SWR.de/landesschau-bw Instagram: / swrheimat YouTube: / landesschau
