Hello, today the weather and time were perfect for taking the narrow-gauge railway from Oschatz to Glossen. On regular days, the trains are operated with diesel locomotives and passenger carriages - or with railcars. As steam operations only take place on selected days, this is a chapter in itself - and everyday railway life belongs to the diesel locomotive. Climb aboard and travel with 199 031 and me on this tranquil narrow-gauge line, the survival of which is still visible everywhere - namely the dilapidated factories along the line. These were the only things that kept the railway alive until the fall of the Berlin Wall.
