Where to get work experience when work experience is required everywhere? The scourge of the 21st century is that it is not enough to simply graduate from college/university or take courses to find a job. When hiring, they usually require practical experience, which can sometimes be very difficult to obtain. Especially in such non-standard professions as an artist. In this video, I talk about several ways for a beginner in drawing to get such experience, which I myself am, by the way, but I have already managed to check out some of these ways of getting practical work on projects. I also share a sore point about one of these methods - namely, indie teams on enthusiasm. Some people find great colleagues in this way, but I was unlucky. I think this harmful advice can help others recognize unscrupulous teams that invite specialists to join them, but are not ready to bear any responsibility for this and organize the work process.
