Games and games with Peter Frankenfeld. 75-minute Saturday evening show. In four rounds, viewers randomly selected by Frankenfeld complete memory or skill games, in which the audience sometimes decides the winner based on the volume of their applause. A fixed part of the show is the treasure hunt: A non-cash prize is hidden somewhere in the event city, and several clues are given, initially in the studio. Once the hiding place has been identified, the candidate must get there during the show and search for the treasure on site, which is broadcast by outside cameras. If he finds it, he wins it. Passers-by and TV viewers can take part in the search and win 50 DM if they find a clue. In the other rounds, the prizes vary, as they always have a connection to the respective game. In between there is music or comedic interludes from Frankenfeld. As a running gag, the show's employees start dismantling the stage scenery while Frankfeld is closing the show, which leads to a number of amusing (and of course planned) mishaps for Frankenfeld. The show ran monthly and was hosted in a large hall in a different city for each show. It was the successor to Bitte rechtfreundlich! and ran for eleven shows before being replaced by Heute abend Peter Frankenfeld.
