In 1794, the kuren settlement of Dinskoye of the Black Sea Cossack army was founded on the banks of the Kuban. The name comes from the Dinskoye (Donskoy) kuren of the Sich, founded on the Dnieper by people from the Don. Dinskaya produces canned fruit and vegetable preserves, confectionery, granulated sugar, bread and bakery products, flour, cereals, soft drinks and a number of other products.
