Today (July 11th) is my birthday and I celebrate my 56th birthday with you! This very important date also marks my 35th YEAR as a Travel Madman! After all, my first international trip took place on July 11th, 1986. The destination was the Netherlands, where I would participate in a conference. Everything was paid for by the event organizers and it was a rush, as I had to borrow clothes and suitcases for this trip. It was there that I began to write my story. I can only thank God every second for his infinite love in opening doors so that I could work. Therefore, I am taking advantage of this double celebration and the wonderful feeling of being able to share everything I see and learn to talk to my friend Mara Balmer about this fascinating country.
