Your Olaf, BBQ-Dino. For approx. 8 - 10 shashlik skewers • 1.3 kg pork neck, diced approx. 3.5 x 3.5 cm • 400 g streaky bacon • 2 peppers each, red, yellow, green, cut into pieces, approx. 3.5 x 3.5 cm • 4 medium-sized onions, cut into pieces, approx. 3.5 x 3.5 cm • 1000 ml light broth (beef or vegetable broth) • Beer 0.2 l (Pils) • 80 g honey • 3 - 4 bay leaves • 3 tbsp brandy vinegar • 1 tbsp sugar • 6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 150 g 3-fold tomato paste • 150 g Hela spice ketchup (shashlik) • 200 g tomato ketchup, binding agent-free • 2 tsp hot paprika powder • 2 tsp smoked paprika powder • 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet • 1 tsp curry powder • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp onion granules • 4 garlic cloves, pressed • 2 medium tomatoes The small pieces of onion and pepper go into the sauce + 2 tomatoes roughly diced Marinate the meat with 1.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sweet paprika powder and 50 ml sunflower oil about 4 hours beforehand. The cooking time is 75 - 90 minutes at about 180 °C, depending on how tender you want the meat. Turn the skewers as you do so.
