Solo hike in the Central Caucasus in the Chegem district, Kabardino-Balkaria Republic. The hike lasted 12 days from August 11 to 22, 2024. Day 3. Clear. I climb the Saryn Pass and further east along the ridge, to the top of Kestantytau. On the passes, the top and in general in the Kumtyube area the wind blows with strong gusts. The descent to the overnight stay at the Kum lakes went through the Dzhilgi and Kumtyube passes. The coordinates of the overnight stay are N 43.24562 ° E 43.03097 °
