In this video clip, I will show you how to make one of the most famous alcoholic drinks in Iran, alcoholic jojo. You can make this drink very easily at home with minimal facilities and ingredients. ➖️➖️➖️ ✅️ Ingredients needed to make about four liters of alcoholic jojo with about eight percent alcohol: ????️Four classic jojos ????️Five hundred grams of sugar ????️Two grams of yeast ????️Two grams of powdered gelatin ????️Half a liter of extra jojo for the final stage and carbonation ➖️➖️➖️ ????Important notes: ????️Dear friends, technically this product is not considered beer, and if you are interested in making beer and drinking real beer, I suggest you watch the clip of making beer with malt or beer with malt extract that are available on the page. This product, alcoholic jojo, is only recommended for those who do not have the time and place to make beer with malt. ✅️Link to the clip of how to make beer with malt grains: • How to make beer in simple terms; Part 1 ✅️Beer clip with malt extract: • How to make beer with malt extract ➖️➖️➖️ ????????Very important point???????? ????️A very important point that I felt it necessary to mention is that in the Iranian market, I don't know how, but there is a company that sells sealed alcoholic jojo, so to speak, to buy it. I wanted to tell you that Tehran Guar Company, which produces jojo products, does not have a fermentation tank in its factory that is capable of producing alcoholic beer. That is, no beer manufacturer in Iran has a fermentation tank. Only Behnoosh Factory has a fermentation tank, which is a relic of the pre-revolutionary era and is now almost abandoned. So, don't be fooled by profiteers and don't buy a product called alcoholic jojo from a company that is all made by fraudsters! ????Many experts commented that to make alcoholic jojo, you should add eighty grams of sugar per liter of jojo, and you added one hundred and twenty-five grams per liter, and this is too much and your product will turn sour!!! ✅️ First of all, let me ask you, who determines what the recipe for this product is and how much it should be?!? Do large distilleries produce alcoholic jojo that they have come to set a standard for it?!? No!!!! I said before that this alcoholic jojo is a product I made, we Iranians are and everyone has made and consumed this product to their own taste, I also wrote my own recipe for the goal I was pursuing and my goal was to have a high-alcohol product, so I added more sugar and I was not at all worried about the problem with my fermentation because bread yeast has an alcohol-making capacity of about fifteen percent, meaning it can ferment twice the amount of sugar that I added. ????️Regarding the sour taste of this product, if you do it right and follow the standard steps, your product will eventually have a slightly sour aftertaste. The reason is only the bread yeast and nothing else. But this sourness is not bad or annoying at all. It is almost an aftertaste similar to lambic beer (lambic is much sourer) which is made especially sour. Therefore, the sourness of the product has nothing to do with the amount of sugar consumed! ????️If you don't like the product to have this sour aftertaste, you can use real brewer's yeast, which in my opinion is not necessary because there is really a lot of money for this product. And if you want to spend money on good yeast, it is better to work with barley extract or malt to make real beer, not alcoholic beer!!! ✅️Be sure to choose a fermentation tank with the right material (food grade plastic or glass jar) and the right volume for fermenting beer, and leave at least thirty percent of the volume of the fermentation tank empty for the fermentation operation. ➖️➖️➖️ ➖️➖️➖️ ➖️➖️➖️ ✅️Link to the second part of the clip on how to make alcoholic barley: • How to make alcoholic barley; How to make beer... ➖️➖️➖️ ✅️To get all the equipment and raw materials for fermentation and distillation, you can visit Golden's Instagram page: ???????????? @ goldenfermentation ➡️ ➖️➖️➖️ Different parts of the clip: Introduction 00:00 Raw materials needed to make alcoholic barley 01:19 Preparation steps for making alcoholic barley 02:27 The first day of fermentation and initial hydrometering 06:07 The second day of fermentation and a tip about having enough space in the fermentation tank 06:56 Important tip about barley bottles 07:38 ➖️➖️➖️ #beer #alcoholic_barley #wine #liquor #alcohol #sweat #raisin_sweat #red_wine #vodka #whisky
