The Cammino dei Briganti is a fascinating and historically rich hiking route, located between Abruzzo and Lazio, which crosses the territories of the Sirente-Velino Regional Park and the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park. This path, about 100 km long, retraces the ancient routes used by brigands during the 19th century, offering modern hikers the opportunity to immerse themselves in the wild nature and fascinating history of the region. The total length of the path is about 100 km, which can be divided into several stages. It is suitable for hikers with good physical preparation, although the individual stages vary in difficulty, allowing for a certain flexibility.
