It's that time of year again, it's wet, colder and you can easily catch a bad cold. Well, then you could use some extra resistance. And I'll explain how I do that for myself. ???? I have three methods that I use myself and that I feel very good about: 1. A glass of apple cider vinegar with water in the morning 2. A probiotic pill per day 3. One or more cups of nettle tea The apple cider vinegar also helps to lose a few extra pounds. I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with water every day. It takes some swallowing but you feel great. Absolutely recommended! Probiotics are important to get good bacteria in your intestinal tract. Because your intestines are the key to good resistance. You can take Yakult or something like that, but I have a much cheaper solution. And you can get it at the drugstore. Probiotic pills. They contain just as many good bacteria as the bottles from the refrigerated shelf, but a lot cheaper! Finally, I regularly drink nettle tea. Nettles are a fantastic herb and they cleanse your blood.
