In my old building, installation height was important, which is why I used the screed-free system from Blanke. It consists of EPS insulation with glued-on aluminum heat-conducting plates and special decoupling mats, which replace the screed. Tiles can be laid directly on top of this. The total installation height with tiles is 5cm from the bare concrete ceiling.
