About :

Seonupdo, an island belonging to Nohwa-eup, Wando-gun, Jeollanam-do. It is a remote island that can be reached by boat for two hours from Wando, the southernmost point of the South Sea. Of the 50 households engaged in fishing in the village, 30 are young people. Most of them went to the city and then returned to the island. In rural areas, people in their 60s are usually considered young people. However, in Seonupdo, there are so many young people that people over 45 cannot join the youth group, and people in their 50s are called grandfathers. Why did young people give up the things they enjoyed in the city and return to this 'dreary' remote island without even a single beer house?
