Faced with Western reference points, young Kanaks are looking for their way. Too much illiteracy, too much delinquency, too many addictions, too many suicides. This is the bitter observation made by Warren Naxue and which guides his conference. What are the reasons for this state of Kanak youth? What are the solutions? Warren Naxue is a young Kanak, from the indigenous people of New Caledonia. A social worker, involved in community life, he seeks solutions to improve understanding between the peoples who live in New Caledonia.
