Poles think she is Polish and Serbs need to think for a moment. She has just taught Prime Minister Donald Tusk to speak a few sentences in Serbian, which charmed the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic. He has translated many books, including the latest volume of poetry by Anna Świrszczyńska. She has just supported the Institute of Polish Culture in Belgrade with her talent, beauty and sense of humor. In the interview below, conducted by Cezary Ciszewski from Miasto w Komie, or more precisely the emerging civic movement of documentarians Belgrade w Komie (i.e. cell) - she talks at the Belgrade book fair about the position of Polish literature in Serbia and our national relations. A moment later, at the opening of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, she comments on the creation of a historical building and institution. In the last scene, she simply knocks out Varsovians and visitors with a Serbian joke about the grand buildings of Warsaw's Śródmieście district. The director of the Institute of Polish Culture in Belgrade has an exceptional talent and sense in selecting collaborators, for which Serbs hungry for Polish culture will certainly be grateful to him.
