TORRE BONN Beethoven is a vertical residential project of 9 units arranged on 9 floors, 8 of them are apartments and one of them is a commercial premises located on the ground floor, all units are distributed one per floor. The apartments have additional direct access from the elevator. The building, being designed in a vertical layout, gives us 220m2 of terraces on the ground floor and 100m2 of roof garden on the roof. This project seeks to reduce the impact of life in an urban condominium to the minimum possible and at the same time benefit its inhabitants with its privileged location within one of the best areas of the city.
