Hello and welcome back! Thank you so much for 40,000 subscribers, you guys are incredible! The recipe comes here - The starter, I didn't have measurements but went by gut feeling, but this is how you do it - 1. Pour olive oil so that you cover the bottom of a mini pan. 2. chop the garlic and chilli and add to the olive oil. pour in paprika seasoning 3. into the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes 4. put your thawed or fresh prawns in the oil and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes. 5. take out and top with parsley the main course - you need - 250g fresh or thawed chanterelles butter to fry in salt, black pepper 600g beef fillet, roasted or sirloin steak 1 yellow onion 2 cloves of garlic 100g kale 5 dl cream 1 dl water 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp tomato puree 0.5 - 1 chilli (taste to suit your level of heat) Do this - 1. Fry the chanterelles in a dry pan. Add a dollop of butter when the liquid starts to reduce and let it fry. Salt and pepper. Place the chanterelles in a bowl. 2. Cut your meat into bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the kale into smaller pieces. 3. Melt butter in a frying pan and add yellow onion and meat. Fry while stirring until the meat has surface all around. Salt and pepper. Add garlic and kale. 4. When the kale has softened and turned bright green, put back the chanterelles, beat in the cream and water. Click in Dijon mustard, tomato puree and chilli. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 5. cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. mix everything together and serve. (if you have the budget, you can grate parmesan over it or toast pine nuts and sprinkle it over) Dessert (here I didn't follow measurements either) - 1. mix butter, brown sugar and honey until everything is combined 2. butter brioche bread thoroughly on all pages. 3. into the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes and then turn so the other side is also baked. 4. pour equal parts cream, caster sugar and light syrup into a pan and stir. let simmer for about 5 minutes. sprinkle with girl salt. let cool 5. serve with ice cream and caramel sauce
