RePont support QR code link: / c28hahgtf1xgha2b Commented video. Current and past understatements!!! The replacement of the Újpest railway bridge was approaching, which resulted in a 3-month complete track closure on the Budapest – Esztergom railway line between Angyalföld and Óbuda stations (2008.06.21. -2008.09.21.). However, I did not have a driver's cab video of the old Great Danube Bridge (K-bridge) yet. There was nothing left to do but beg for the Desirók driver's cab so that the view of the bridge would be preserved for posterity from this perspective as well. Fortunately, the locomotive drivers at the time were incredibly helpful (huge respect for them), so we had the material in both directions at first. Unfortunately, the backlight from the train heading towards Óbuda was huge in the afternoon, so I only recorded the bridges there, but that's exactly why the other direction was in perfect lighting, so a complete Óbuda - Újpest line video could be created. As we know, this is now highly archival not only because of the old bridge, but also because the entire Esztergom line was rebuilt in the 2010s. I tried to make the original sound audible between the narrations, as the contemporary dialogue that took place in the driver's cab in the reverse direction is very interesting. BecsVision 2008 SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!! I have already uploaded this video interpolated to 1080p based on your suggestions. If you would like to support my work and the digitization of old 8mm silent films: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/Becsk... There is always a need for Winyós and boxes, and my late father's 8mm films have been waiting for more than 10 years to be digitized. Thank you: Becs
