Hello again and thank you for being here once again. In this video we set off from Gran Canaria (Canary Islands) towards Mindelo (Cape Verde). We prepare the sailboat and slowly we move away under pure sail. We also put the spinnaker pole on and I explain the maneuver to go in donkey ears or wing on wing. We fish for Maji Maji or Giltheads, and we prepare some grilled filets.
