The Mutant Bugs also known as the Mutant Monsters are the creatures that appear in the memorable, great and interesting video game saga of Metal Slug which were developed by SNK Playmore for the Neo Geo. Throughout the different games we can see how the regular army or the regular welders who are the protagonists that are Marco, Tarma, Fio and Eri come across strange entities that are monsters and grotesque mutations which originated due to the different experiments carried out by the rebel soldiers with radioactive missiles and with different animals, this is what transformed them into grotesque and terrifying monsters. In the game Metal Slug 3 during the first mission we can see how on an island appear some gigantic mutant crabs which attack the protagonists of the regular army, these beings originated because the rebel army detonated many nuclear missiles on the island of Pallas which is also known as the Island of Dr Moreau, it is here that directly the fauna mutated and that is why there are the huge locust or giant lobsters, the chowmein-conga, the Ohumein-conga, the flying killer or flying piranhas, the enormous eels or giant eels, the giant jellyfish or giant jellyfish as well as their variants, it is also thanks to these experiments that the Man Eater or carnivorous plants were created, the huge ivy or gigantic ivy, the big snail or giant snails and also the giant Caterpillar or giant caterpillars. All of these monsters are very curious and grotesque beings since they are not actually malevolent beings but the result of all the bad experiments carried out by the rebels, the rebel army or the rebel army.
