Zakir Mirzeyev - accordion ELŞAN GASIMOV - drums Jamaleddin Dadashov - Double drums Mirzayev Zakir Gulam oghlu was born on September 16, 1943 in Baku. In 1948, his father Gulam Mirzayev moved to Khachmaz with his family due to his work. Zakir Mirzayev went to the first grade at the age of 7 and started learning the art of playing the accordion from that year. In 1953-1957, he was a participant of the review and Olympiads held in Baku. He was awarded first-class medals and honorary degrees for his successful performances. In 1959, he was invited to Baku to take part in the festival preview held in Moscow for the purpose of preparation for the "Ten Days of Azerbaijani Culture", and he won the laureate of the festival due to his successful performances. The two musical numbers performed at this festival, Teyyub Demirov's "Bayati-Shiraz Daramedi" and "Baku Dance" were recorded on the radio and included in the "Golden Fund". People's Artists of the Republic of Azerbaijan Afrasiyab Badalbeyli, Ahmad Bakikhanov, Jahangir Jahangirov, Gambar Huseynli, Nazim Aliverdibeyov and Tofik Guliyev wrote letters to his father and A.Shirinov, the head of Khachmaz City Culture Department, and asked to send Zakir to Baku permanently. At the same time, he graduated from Soltan Hajibeyov Sumgayit Music Technical College as a teacher in "Harmon Specialization" and works as a teacher of accordion and mugam at the Baku Music College. In 1978-1999, he worked in the Azerbaijan State Concert Union. In 1979-2004, he performed high-level concert programs in many foreign countries (Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Belgium, Austria, Egypt, Libya, Angola, Congo, Turkey, Cambodia, Iran, India, etc.). In 1983, he was awarded the title of honorary citizen of Vietnam. In 2001, for the first time, he played a three-part concerto by prominent composer, professor, people's artist Tofik Bakikhanov on the accordion as a soloist with the Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra named after Niyazi. He participated in the international conference held in Tehran in October 2002 together with a number of scientists from Azerbaijan. The work was included in the "Golden Fund" of radio and television. On December 24, 2002, he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2005, the candidate of art studies defended his dissertation on "The role and importance of accordion in Azerbaijani music" in order to receive a degree. In 2006, he participated in the unveiling ceremony of the bust of genius Uzeyir Hajibeyov in Vienna, the capital of Austria. There, he performed the works of Uzeyir Hajibeyov and the genius Mozart on the accordion with great success (the hall applauded my performance on its feet). In 2007, he completed the invention of the new left-handed Azerbaijani accordion, which he worked on for 30 years, and received the "Patent Invention" certificate of the State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patent of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 21, 2008.
