That's why we went to visit people who already live in their own home to share their experience with you. It is better to opt for a more compact option, with optimal placement of everything you need. This will significantly reduce the resources for servicing the house. 3. It is better to choose a proven construction company with its own technical supervision. Why? Firstly, you will save your time. You will not have to come to supervise each stage of construction. Secondly, you will definitely avoid the costs of “redoing” what “bad builders” did. The company, even having made a mistake, will notice it in time and correct it itself, without getting into your pocket. Well, and thirdly, you will save your nervous system ... Most likely, this is even the first thing ???? 4. But the interior decoration of the house and the interior design, according to the experience of our guests, can be done independently. It should be noted, however, that this family has its own "full-time" designer - daughter Anastasia :) 5. Large windows are beautiful, convenient and not at all scary. If you install high-quality double-glazed windows correctly, there will be no heat loss. 6. Dormer windows are an amazing thing. Firstly, you can not use the light in the house until nightfall, and secondly, the space visually increases.
