While others sleep, Medine makes sure that Amazon customers receive their packages on time. The 19-year-old works as a team leader on the night shift in the Hof-Gattendorf logistics center. In goods receipt, she is responsible for those employees who sort the delivered products into the warehouse. From then on, customers can order them on the website! (By the way: the packages do not yet come directly from the logistics center to our homes; there are still distribution centers in between.) As team leader, Medine's main job is to ensure that everything runs smoothly during her shift: she assigns the employees, ensures safety and talks to other departments. She also keeps an eye on the flow of goods so that there are always enough items ready for sorting. In logistics, all steps have to mesh perfectly. For Medine, that means a lot of responsibility - but also "a lot of money," as she says. Medine came to her job by chance and actually just wanted to earn money for a few months. But because she likes it there so much and was promoted to team leader within a few months, she has decided to continue working there and is now doing her high school diploma via distance learning so that she can study later. As always, you can find out more about her career and finances in the pinned comment. #Salary #Amazon #Logistics --- Click tips on the topic of Amazon This exciting video is about the Amazon system: https://1.ard.de/system-amazon And this video is about someone who is cheating Amazon with a refund scam: https://1.ard.de/Betrug-von-Amazon --- This is “Is it worth it?”: One person, one job, one life.
