Now I want to share with you everything I have learned and am learning from my personal teacher, Grandma Annamaria, who with her wonderful kitchens has led me towards the healthiest culinary path, who has jealously guarded her precious recipe book for over 70 years, which she allows me to use from time to time. In fact, over the many years I have benefited from her teachings and have become passionate about two types of cuisine, one more traditional for lovers of good food and one more “nature-light” for lovers of their body. All this has been facilitated by the fact that I live in a wonderful place located in the green hills of the Marche. Here since I was a child I have seen many animals walking. Furthermore, in my house there has never been a lack of natural products, both for vegetables from the garden, both for fruit of all kinds, both for dairy products and, above all, for all “animal” products, such as pork, beef and goat. Obviously, this important heritage of natural resources has contributed to making me “fall in love” more and more with a healthy, but also deeply traditional cuisine. English: I believe that being born and raised in the countryside is a great resource for me, a real strength that has contributed and still contributes to seeing life in a deeply natural way: the “km0” policy is a priority for me. In fact, even before this modus operandi acquired its fame in my “green space” all of this was already being done with great passion and sacrifice by my family. Obviously, such a life requires an intense, hard and constant commitment over time, with real frenetic rhythms: waking up at dawn to look after the animals, then moving on to the vegetable section interspersed with more or less heavy phases, to then return to the “fauna” in the late evening. I hope, through my videos, to convey to you my great love for nature, and therefore, for cooking, which is closely related to this strongly naturalistic perspective of life. Finally, at the same time, I hope to be able to help, through my videos, all those who want to undertake an intensely green life path like mine.
