Two young women, Ingeborg Pauls and Emile Hansted Berning, have started their own micro-mill on Bjarne Schaldemose's biodynamic farm St. Weed joint at Veflinge on Northwest Funen. The mill is called Vild Hvede, and the three select the types of grain that Bjarne grows for the mill. The mill is with an Austrian stone mill, which was bought with money they raised via crowdfunding.
