Come with me to discover Chilean Patagonia, a charming travel vlog with breathtaking places and tours. #patagonia #patagoniachilena #chile I traveled to Chilean Patagonia with a wonderful group at the invitation of Once Travel (Rhayner Sousa). We flew with Sky, a low-cost airline. We left Brazil for Santiago, Chile. We spent a night in the capital and took a city tour with Potillo Tours & Tavel (which was also our transfer). We stayed at Almasur Providencia and the next day we left for the airport and were greeted by Prime Class Pacífico, which provides exclusive service, helping with skip-the-line check-in and VIP lounge access. From there we took another flight with Sky to Puerto Natales, a super charming little town that is the base for anyone wanting to explore Chilean Patagonia. In Puerto Natales we stayed at the Martin Gusinde Hotel and went to the office of Patagonia Planet, a travel agency that offers all the best tours and excursions in the region. We also visited the Santolla restaurant, which had one of the best crab sticks I’ve ever had. The next day we left early for Torres del Paine National Park, located in the Chilean Patagonia region, known for its large mountains, bright blue icebergs that break off from glaciers, and golden pampas (grasslands) that are home to rare wildlife, such as the llama-like guanacos. In Torres del Paine, we stayed at the Lago Grey Hotel and then went sailing around the lake on the Lago Grey III boat to see the third largest glacier in Latin America, the Grey Glacier. On the way back from the tour I showed you more about the Lago Grey Hotel, which has rooms with views of Lake Grey, wonderful cuisine, and the perfect infrastructure for incredible days of exploring the park. On the last day we visited the Toca del Milodón, an extinct Jurassic animal that is a symbol of the region. It looks like a giant sloth. It is said to be about 2 meters tall. And that was our 4-night trip through Chilean Patagonia. A charming place!
