Ingredients 1 kg of flour 0 380 ml of water 40 ml of oil 60 g. of lard 3 sachets of dry sourdough (Esselunga) 20 g. of salt Procedure Put all the liquids and mix. Add the lard. Then the flour with the yeast and, together, the salt. Knead for a long time. The dough must be smooth. Let it rise for about 3 hours until it doubles in size. Take the dough and divide it into six parts. For each part you have to make strips of dough, half a centimeter high, about 35/40 sentiments long and 6-8 cm wide. I used the pasta machine (you will see well in the video). Then you have to give the typical shape (see the video). Let the loaves rise, covered with a cloth, for another hour.
