We said goodbye to the Dolomites in style, taking Maria to see the snow up close! We took the cable car up to the mountains, enjoyed the local German cuisine and ended the day with some fun in the hotel's playroom. On Sunday, the journey back began: by train to Rome and then back to Madrid. I'm sharing the challenges and lessons learned from this incredible 16-day experience in Europe with our 1-year-old baby.
