Today's Creative Yoga Core Flow is all about the core - to be precise, the entire core muscles. In about 30 minutes we will strengthen the stomach, back, buttocks, thighs and pelvic floor muscles. Look forward to a creative and flowing yoga sequence with powerful elements and fine balance poses for inner and outer stability. This flow is aimed at intermediate or very sporty yoga beginners. You may not only feel sore muscles in your stomach, but also in your shoulders, back and/or thighs. As always, the whole body is involved.
