A cabinet is formed of historical figures who have been resurrected by AI and holograms, with Tokugawa Ieyasu (Nomura Mansai) as Prime Minister, Sakamoto Ryoma (Akaso Eiji) as Chief Cabinet Secretary, Oda Nobunaga (GACKT) as Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and Toyotomi Hideyoshi (Takenaka Naoto) as Minister of Finance. Meanwhile, Nishimura Risa (Hamabe Minami), a young TV station employee looking for a scoop, approaches Ryoma, the government spokesman, and discovers a conspiracy.
