Renting a house in the USA, renting an apartment building in America is one of the most important topics that interests both those who are going to leave and new arrivals and those Ukrainians who have been here for a long time. That's why I decided to share my experience of renting and looking for a house in Colorado. In this video I show - what options we considered, what the prices are for renting townhomes and houses here in Denver and what you can get for this money. The housing rental system in the USA is quite simple - there are ad sites ⤵️ https://www.zillow.com https://www.redfin.com Facebook marketplace, you look for options that you liked, book the date and time of viewing it, after you if you like the option, fill out an application for each family member and wait about 5 days for approval or rejection. The main difficulty lies in filling out this application and your compliance with the requirements and instructions. And, by the way, the cost of the application is $50 - $70 per person, so it is better to prepare well and be sure that you meet the requirements of each individual ad, in more detail and our experience, I show the video.
