Dr. Ali Saleh Al Haddad, Doctor of Nutrition, a graduate of Ohio State University and a member of the American and Canadian Board of Obesity Treatment. We first learned with Dr. Ali about glimpses of eating practices while traveling, in addition to some rituals of the sacred meal in general for his clients in the clinic. We moved on to talk a little about the elderly, the importance of their practicing sports, especially at the age of 40 and above, and why sports are mandatory and not optional. We touched on the Gulf food culture, our daily practices and how we can live our busy lives with multiple and unusual diets. Finally, we touched on an important topic, which is the diseases that may result from malnutrition and poor lifestyle.
