Today I decided to try the Day of the Dead food and I discovered that this day is not only about offerings and memories, it is also about epic flavors! We started with the famous Dorilocos, and boy does the name say it all. Imagine a bag of Doritos overflowing with rinds, peanuts, salsa, and even cucumber… who would have thought that all of that together would be such a delicious madness? This is Mexico, friends! Then, we got to the Carne Asada Tacos and here my mind was blown. The flavor of these tacos is on another level! Juicy meat, golden tortillas, spicy salsa, and a touch of lemon that makes every bite a trip straight to paradise. I assure you that after trying these, you will understand why Mexico has the best food in the world. A true feast of flavors! But wait, because here comes another deliciousness: Tripe Tacos.
