Trauma Sensitive Yoga Session: Authentic Connection and Shared Experience Adriana Sánchez is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator by Fundación Rādika (with advanced certification). This session is an opportunity for you to learn about and experience the Trauma Sensitive Yoga methodology. Throughout this session, you will be able to explore techniques and practices specifically designed to help people who have experienced difficult or traumatic experiences.
