Transformation of a T3 into a T4 This apartment transformation consists of adding an additional room as a guest room or leisure activity. The dream of the extra room has become a reality for Sherine and Iban. To make this kind of dream come true: should you push back the walls at your neighbor's or partition your apartment into small rooms? You can imagine that this is not in HOME's values Today, I suggest you discover a case study of space optimization in video. This is the story of Sherine and Iban who wanted to buy a larger apartment for the arrival of their baby. In addition to a baby room, they wanted an additional room to practice leisure activities or to receive friends to sleep. But since they could not find a T4 type apartment within their budget, they turned to the acquisition of a T3 of 76 square meters. The financial stakes being important, before validating their purchase, they contacted me by sending me a plan. Their question: is it possible to rethink the spaces at a lower cost? The objective of this optimization is to review all the poorly used square meters until regaining the equivalent of one more space. It is also necessary to rethink the general circulation to give the impression of having enlarged the space without sacrificing comfort and daily life: keep an ultra practical kitchen, have space for baby to take his first steps, allow to keep the privacy of the room which receives friends, etc. It is by visualizing these daily life experiences that we can practice relevant interior design :-) I show you the result in video and above all advice that can be applied to many projects.
