This time, Dayang wants to share and show you important tips and tricks to cook the BEST, LONG-LASTING & BEST sambal sauteed anchovies with fatty rice! This sambal really lasts a long time, if you leave it outside and don't put it in the fridge, it can last for more than a week! This is the result of Dayang's own experiment... The sauteed anchovy sambal is dark red in color and very thick. The taste is spicy-sweet very VERY DELICIOUS indeed it is very suitable to be enjoyed with usually FAT RICE.
