Commercial collaboration Planti & Komero ➖ We have been asked to prepare a three-course vegan dinner, so here we go! The starter is Komero's easy and rich tomato soup, the main course is tofu steaks and lyttypottu, and the dessert is vegan pavlova mousse. Yum! 😍 〰️ → Tip! Prepare the vegan meringue needed for the pavlova the day before! STARTER Komero Rich Tomato Soup / for 2 https://komerofood.fi/tuotteet/ MAIN COURSE Oven-baked tofu steaks & lyttypottu + paprika-chili fraiche / for 2 • 1 pack of cold-smoked tofu • 4 large potatoes • salt • olive oil • marinade • 2 tablespoons soy sauce • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds • Planti Cooking Fraiche Paprika & Chili 1. Wash the potatoes and boil them until cooked. 2. Dry the tofu thoroughly with a towel, pressing it. Cut it into two thinner pieces and then cut the pieces into two more triangles. 3. Place the tofu pieces and the cooked pottu on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Gently flatten the potatoes with a fork. 4. Season the pottu with salt and sprinkle a little olive oil on the tofu and pottu. Bake at 225 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 5. Prepare the marinade by mixing the soy, olive oil and sesame seeds together. 6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and increase the temperature to 250 degrees. Pour the marinade over the tofu pieces and roast the tofu and pottu in the oven for about 5 more minutes. Serve with Plantin Paprika & Chili fraiche with the crispy tofu pieces and the lytty pottu. DESSERT Vegan pavlova mousse / for 4 Aquafaba meringue • 1 dl chickpea stock • 1 dl sugar 1. Drain the chickpea stock into a bowl. Beat it with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes until the foam is stiff. 2. Add the sugar and beat for another five minutes. 3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper into a 2-3 cm thick sheet. Bake at 100 degrees for about 1 hour 40 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the meringue in the oven until the oven has cooled completely (about 1-2 hours). Store the finished meringue in a dry place at room temperature. • 1 jar Planti Oatmeal Dessert • Juice of 1/2 lemon • fruits and berries • fresh mint → We had persimmons, blueberries, raspberries and passion fruit. 1. Whip the refrigerator-cold oat whip with an electric mixer until fluffy. Season with lemon juice. 2. Add fruit pieces, berries and plenty of fresh mint leaves. 3. Crumble in the meringue. 4.
