Upon Him I have relied, and to Him I turn back.} The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever among you is unable to endure the night, is miserly with his wealth, or is afraid to fight the enemy, then let him remember Allah often.” On the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: Whoever says in a day, “There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner or associate. His is the dominion, and His is the praise, and He has power over all things,” one hundred times, will have the reward of freeing ten slaves, one hundred good deeds will be recorded for him, one hundred bad deeds will be erased from his record, and he will be protected from Satan that day until evening. No one will come with anything better than what he has come with, except a man who has done more than he has done.
