Eduard Plugariu, moved with his family to Spain for more than 20 years, was on the verge of death, after the car he was in with his wife was swallowed by the waters, during the floods in the Valencia region. The man told Digi 24 that they both managed to save themselves after climbing onto the trailer of a truck. Around him, "30-ton trucks were swept away by the flood like in a horror movie."
