Konstantin Rokossovsky is one of the greatest generals in the world and one of the greatest generals of the Red Russian Army. He planned and led Operation Bagration against the German army and liberated Belarus during it to complete the liberation of the Soviet Union after Stalin appointed him commander of the Second Belarusian Front during the Great Patriotic War, which is the Soviet name by which World War II is known.
