Millennials are superficial, narcissistic, arrogant, self-centered and impatient. On the other hand, they are bold, flexible, adaptable, technological and embrace diversity. This is a generation that lives in a paradox. Working with this generation is synonymous with constant discomfort. A survey showed that 2 out of every 3 millennials think about leaving their jobs in the next 3 years. In other words, you know that young person who sits next to you at work?
