Although he wakes up at 6 every day (and at 5 on weekends), he founded The Grill out of passion and invested in every detail: from the cutlery, to the dishes, to the employees. He believes in the story and in places where you can eat well, so he combined the experience on the glass and the passion for food, into a successful idea. Together with his associate, they put The Grill, a select restaurant, on the map of North Bucharest, which they wanted to franchise from the beginning. And what they do every time is to put themselves in the customer's shoes and offer them the best.
