OCCUPATION, EXPLOSIONS. Son of a Greater Poland insurgent from Kościan. He and his family were displaced in December 1939, after being denounced by a German neighbor. Thanks to this, paradoxically, his father avoided displacement from the Gestapo list (and perhaps death in the Żabikowo camp). Deported by the German occupiers to Częstochowa. Mr. Marian's father got a job at the Kruszyn estate.
