Half of the sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise, I cooked both ways, I did not notice much of a difference, so I cook from what is in the refrigerator. 2) Then I sift 120 g of flour and 10 g of baking powder, baking powder can be replaced with soda 1 tsp without a slide, but I prefer to cook with baking powder, it is absolutely not felt in the finished pie. The dough turns out to be quite liquid. Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil and pour half of the dough. My pan is 24 cm in diameter.
