Bludenz in Austria. Silvia has been running the "Restaurant Uhrwerk" here since July 2008. The German-born restaurant has invested a lot of love, time and, not least, a lot of money in the restaurant, which is hidden in an industrial area. But things have been going badly since it opened, and guests are staying away. To alleviate the immense financial pressure, Silvia works nights four times a week in another business. Something urgently needs to change at the "Uhrwerk"! Silvia's last hope: the professional chefs Stefan Marquard, Martin Baudrexel and Mario Kotaska. They are supposed to help the place get back on its feet. It quickly becomes clear what the problem is, because the test meal reveals the truth. Chef Dominik, who considers himself a master chef, simply cannot cook. The pasta is too soft, the meat is too dry and spices are apparently a foreign word to him. Tasty tastes different! Silvia is at her limits. The constant arguments with her chef are getting on her last nerve. The relationship between Silvia and Dominik is put to the test. The boss has to make a decision. Does she want to give Dominik another chance or should she part ways with her chef?
